2. How have you dealt with angry or dissatisfied customers in the past?
A major part of working a service job is dealing with angry customers. You can gauge how comfortable they are with dissatisfied customers. This will help you understand their customer service abilities.
3. How do you manage stress?
Do they shut down when there are too many tasks? Can they process what's going on with a lot of noise and commotion? You'll need to understand if they can handle the stress of working in a busy coffee shop.
