Our minimum for custom branded cups is 5,000 cups — five 1,000-count cases, or ten 500-count cases, depending on which cup you pick. It covers most of our hot cups, cold cups, and PET clear cups. Per-cup pricing improves as the quantity goes up, so if you’re deciding between 5,000 and 10,000, ask us for both numbers before you commit.

Standard turnaround for custom printed cups is 4 to 6 weeks from approved design proof to delivery. This includes design review, printing, quality check, and shipping. Rush production is available on select products for an additional fee. We'll always confirm your delivery date in writing before production begins.

Yes — every custom cup order includes free design support and a digital proof for approval before production starts. Our team reviews your artwork, flags any issues, and ensures your logo and brand colors will print accurately. You don't need a designer on staff to get professional-looking branded cups.

Food-safe: yes. Our paper hot cups, PET clear cups, and food containers are made from materials cleared for food contact under FDA regulations. One note on wording, because you’ll see it everywhere: the FDA doesn’t approve cups. It regulates the materials cups are made from. Anyone selling you an “FDA-approved cup” is being loose with the language.

Recycling is messier, and we’d rather be straight with you. Our PET clear cups are #1 plastic, which plenty of programs accept — but a lot of haulers take #1 bottles and not #1 cups, so check with yours before you print “recyclable” on anything. Our paper hot cups have a thin plastic liner that keeps coffee from soaking through, and that same liner is why most curbside paper programs and most commercial composters won’t take them. They aren’t compostable, and we’re not going to tell you they are.

We ship throughout the continental United States (lower 48 states) with standard freight delivery. We don't ship directly to Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses, but we work with freight forwarders if you arrange one — common for international buyers and shops outside the lower 48. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days once production is complete.

We custom-print on 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, and 24 oz hot paper cups, plus cold beverage paper cups, PET clear cups, mason jars, and coffee sleeves. If you can see it in our catalog, there’s a good chance we can brand it — just ask.
