How to Make Latte Bombs

What You'll Need for Latte Bombs:
- 1 1/2 cups instant espresso powder
- 3 cups white frappe powder
- 1 cup cocoa powder + some for dusting
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
- 1 cup (8 oz.) baking chocolate (75% cacao or higher)

1. Mix
Mix your dry ingredients (espresso powder, frappe powder, and cocoa powder) until combined. Add your sweetened condensed milk. Stir until fully incorporated. The mixture should be sticky and thick.
2. Chill
Allow your mixture to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the consistency of sugar cookie dough.
3. Shape
Once you've cooled your mixture, separate it into six portions. Form six balls from each section. You should end up with 36 balls in total.
4. Coat
Melt your baking chocolate by microwaving it in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Coat each ball in a thin layer of melted chocolate. Lay them all out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Dust
While your chocolate is still soft, dust your latte bombs with cocoa powder. Allow them to sit and harden for at least three hours before serving.
6. Enjoy!
Once your latte bombs have hardened, your customers can enjoy them by plopping them in a mug of boiling water. The full mixture is activated by stirring.
