What You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 cups instant espresso powder
- 3 cups white frappe powder
- 1 cup cocoa powder + some for dusting
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
- 1 cup (8 oz.) baking chocolate (75% cacao or higher)
How to Make Latte Bombs:
Mix your dry ingredients (espresso powder, frappe powder, and cocoa powder) until combined. Add your sweetened condensed milk. Stir until fully incorporated. The mixture should be sticky and thick.
Allow your mixture to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the consistency of sugar cookie dough.
Once you've cooled your mixture, separate it into six portions. Form six balls from each section. You should end up with 36 balls in total.
Melt your baking chocolate by microwaving it in 30-second intervals, stirring in-between. Coat each ball in a thin layer of melted chocolate. Lay them all out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
While your chocolate is still soft, dust your latte bombs with cocoa powder. Allow them to sit and harden for at least three hours before serving.
Once your latte bombs have hardened, your customers can enjoy them by plopping them in a mug of boiling water. The full mixture is activated by stirring.
Latte bombs are a great way to let your customers bring your drinks home. They're easy to package and delicious to use!
