How to Make Scrambled Eggs with a Steam Wand
Serving breakfast in your coffee shop is a great opportunity to capitalize on the morning rush. Some coffee shops will serve premade pastries and baked goods but, with this recipe, you can serve fresh hot breakfast in minutes!

What You'll Need:
- Espresso machine with steam wand
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of butter, cut into small cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot paper cup
- Whisk
How to Make Steam Wand Scrambled Eggs:
1. Whisk the Eggs
Break your eggs into your hot paper cup. Whisk your eggs with salt and pepper. Fold your butter into the eggs.
2. Steam it
After you've mixed your eggs, turn on your steam wand and swirl it into your eggs. Mix and swirl your steam wand in your eggs until they're cooked as you want them. This should take between 30 and 90 seconds. Make sure to keep your steam wand on until after you've removed your eggs, so it doesn't suck in any eggs.
3. Serve it
Pour your eggs out of your hot paper cup onto buttered toast with a sprinkle of cheese.
Your customers are sure to appreciate having fresh and fluffy scrambled eggs.
How to Clean Your Steam Wand:
After making eggs with your steam wand, you'll need to clean it so you can use it to steam other things without making them eggy.
1. Wipe it Down
Right after you're done cooking your eggs, wipe down your wand with a damp towel.
2. Remove the Tip
Take off the tip of your steam wand and clean it out. Make sure to get all the egg residue off your steam wand.
3. Steam it Out
After you've wiped down your steam wand with a damp towel, blow your steam wand a few times into the towel to get everything out.
