What You'll Need:
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 2 teaspoons tsp nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
How To Make Pumpkin Spice Syrup:
1. Simmer it
Start by adding your water, sugar, brown sugar, and pumpkin puree to a medium saucepan. Simmer on low heat until sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is combined and no longer streaky. This should take about five minutes.
2. Strain it
Once your mixture is combined, pour it through a fine mesh strainer to remove any chunks of pumpkin puree.
