About these cups

10 oz double wall paper coffee cups in white and black. The 90mm top rim fits standard 90mm hot cup lids.

Double wall construction traps a layer of air between two walls, so the cup stays comfortable to hold with a hot drink inside and no sleeve is needed. Suitable for coffee, tea, hot chocolate and other hot beverages.

What lids fit these cups?

Are all the colors the same size?

Identical. 90mm top rim, 10 oz capacity across White, Black. One lid size covers all 2, so switching colors does not mean re-buying anything else.

How many cups are in a case?

500 cups per case. Pack sizes and per-cup pricing are on the configure card above.

Do I need a sleeve with double wall cups?

No, and that is the whole point of double wall. The insulation keeps the outside comfortable to hold, so a sleeve is unnecessary. If you prefer a lower-cost cup and do not mind adding a sleeve, our single wall cups are the alternative.

What is the difference between single wall and double wall cups?

Single wall is a single layer of paper: lighter, cheaper, and best paired with a sleeve for hot drinks. Double wall has two layers with an air gap, so it insulates on its own without a sleeve and feels more premium. Compare our single wall cups to decide which fits your service.

Are these double wall cups BPA-free?

Yes. Our double wall paper cups are lined with food-safe, BPA-free polyethylene, safe for direct contact with hot drinks.

Is the design service really free?

Yes, and there is no catch. Our in-house designers will build your artwork from scratch, work from your logo, or clean up files you already have, at no charge. You approve a proof before the order runs, so you see exactly how the cup will look first.

What is the minimum order for custom printed coffee cups?

Most custom orders start at 1,000 units per size, and your cost per cup drops as the run gets larger. Send us the sizes and quantities you have in mind and we will quote it before anything prints.

How long do custom coffee cups take?

Most orders ship a few weeks after you approve the proof, depending on the size of the run and the artwork. If you are working toward an event or a grand opening, ask about rush production and we will tell you what is possible up front.

Can I see a sample before I order?

Two ways. You can order a sample box to check the cup quality and feel in person. Then, once your custom order starts, our team sends a proof of your artwork to approve before anything prints. We do not run a printed sample of your design ahead of the full order, but the proof shows you exactly how it will look.
