How many cups are in a case?

Is the design service really free?

Yes, and there is no catch. Our in-house designers will build your artwork from scratch, work from your logo, or clean up files you already have, at no charge. You approve a proof before the order runs, so you see exactly how the cup will look first.

What is the minimum order for custom printed coffee cups?

Most custom orders start at 1,000 units per size, and your cost per cup drops as the run gets larger. Send us the sizes and quantities you have in mind and we will quote it before anything prints.

How long do custom coffee cups take?

Most orders ship a few weeks after you approve the proof, depending on the size of the run and the artwork. If you are working toward an event or a grand opening, ask about rush production and we will tell you what is possible up front.

Can I see a sample before I order?

Two ways. You can order a sample box to check the cup quality and feel in person. Then, once your custom order starts, our team sends a proof of your artwork to approve before anything prints. We do not run a printed sample of your design ahead of the full order, but the proof shows you exactly how it will look.
